Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how your order
is prepared, packaged and delivered.

Dispatch
When do you dispatch orders?
We dispatch Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This schedule ensures your order reaches you within the week and avoids weekend transit, when delivery networks are less reliable for temperature-sensitive products. To receive your order by the weekend, place it no later than Tuesday.
What carrier do you use?
We dispatch via Pack & Send and our own dedicated distribution network. Every order includes parcel tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to door.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide. CBD and metropolitan areas receive fresh, vacuum-sealed orders. Regional and remote areas receive snap-frozen products dispatched at the peak of freshness — this ensures safe arrival regardless of transit time and does not affect quality.
How long does delivery take?
Metropolitan areas: 1–2 business days. Regional and remote areas: 2–5 business days depending on location. These are estimates — factors outside our control such as carrier delays or adverse weather may occasionally extend transit times.
Is my order sent fresh or frozen?
CBD and metropolitan orders are dispatched fresh and vacuum sealed. Regional and remote orders are snap-frozen prior to dispatch at the peak of freshness. Snap-freezing does not affect flavour, texture, or quality — it is simply the safest way to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition over longer transit distances.
Does someone need to be home for delivery?
It is highly recommended that someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order upon arrival. In the event no one is home, your order will be placed somewhere safe and secure, out of direct sunlight. We recommend retrieving the package within one hour of delivery.
Fresh meat must be kept cold. Do not leave your order unattended for extended periods — retrieve it promptly and refrigerate immediately.
Packaging
How is my order packaged?
Every order is cut and portioned by our in-house butchers, individually vacuum sealed, and packed in a thermo-insulated box with gel ice packs to maintain 0–5°C throughout transit. A JMGA grading certificate is included with all Japanese wagyu orders.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The cost reflects the temperature-controlled packaging and carrier network required to deliver perishable product safely.
Storage
How should I store my order when it arrives?
Refrigerate immediately at 0–4°C. Do not open the vacuum seal until you are ready to cook — the seal preserves freshness and extends shelf life. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days.

How long does the meat keep?
Vacuum sealed and refrigerated: up to 2 weeks from dispatch. Frozen at −18°C or below: up to 6 months. Quality is best when consumed as fresh as possible — we recommend not freezing product you plan to eat within two weeks.
