These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wagyu Nikuya website (wagyunikuya.com.au) and any orders you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Wagyu Nikuya Pty Ltd (ABN 65 684 269 903) is the entity you are contracting with. If you have questions about these terms, contact us at info@wagyunikuya.com.au.
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This constitutes our acceptance of your offer and forms a binding contract.
Orders can be cancelled or amended within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed. Contact us immediately at info@wagyunikuya.com.au if you need to make changes.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. We will not adjust the price of a confirmed order.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you accordingly.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
We do not store your card details. All card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.
We dispatch orders Monday to Wednesday via Pack & Send and our own distribution network. Delivery is available across New South Wales, with interstate delivery available on request.
Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days for metropolitan NSW. These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays and adverse weather.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. If an order cannot be delivered and must be held by the carrier, we are not liable for any deterioration in product quality resulting from delayed receipt.

As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched.
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
We will not issue refunds or replacements where damage is attributable to the order being left unattended at room temperature, delayed receipt due to an incorrect address, or circumstances outside our control once the order has been dispatched in good condition.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including grading scores, weights, and origin details. Weights listed are approximate — portions are cut and sealed to 200–250 g as closely as possible, but minor variation is inherent in hand-cutting.
Product photographs are representative and may not reflect the exact appearance of your specific cut. Marbling patterns vary naturally between individual pieces, even within the same grade.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any applicable consumer guarantees.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
